# magicplan PRO Subscriptions

## magicplan PRO Subscriptions provide a flexible, usage-based pricing model designed to meet the needs of professionals who require scalable project management, enhanced collaboration, and seamless workflow integration.

This usage-based approach allows you to set your ideal monthly project count, add projects to your subscription as needed, and invite unlimited team members without incurring additional fees, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. 

ℹ️ Users who have existing legacy Sketch, Report, or Estimate subscriptions in the Cloud will retain their current subscriptions with no changes in service or pricing.

### **Adjusting Your Project Quotas**

#### Increasing Credits

- Additional project credits are allocated immediately and can be used right away
- The cost differential is billed in the next invoice, and future invoices will reflect the updated total credits

ℹ️ **Note:** If you are a PRO 12 or PRO 24 subscriber, increasing your project quota will increase your monthly quota for the duration of your contract term.

#### Decreasing Credits

- PRO Flex users can decrease their monthly quota at any time to a minimum of 10 projects per month
- PRO 12 and PRO 24 users are committing to a set number of projects for the full contract term, and project credit quotas can only be decreased in the last month of the billing cycle
- Decreases take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle
- Future invoices will reflect the reduced total credits

#### Additional Projects

- If your quota is exceeded within a billing period, extra projects are billed automatically at the PRO Flex price
- These charges will appear in the next invoice along with your regular monthly payment

#### Do unused projects roll over each month?

Yes, unused projects will roll over to the next month, allowing you to use them in the following billing cycle, in addition to your included number of projects for that month.

#### Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

PRO Flex subscribers can upgrade to a 12 or 24 month contract term at any time, or cancel at any time. PRO 12 and PRO 24 subscribers can change their subscriptions in the last month of their billing cycle. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

#### Is there a limit to the number of users on my account?

No, all plans include unlimited users, allowing you to add as many team members as you need with no additional fees.

#### What happens if I exceed the number of projects included in my plan?

If you exceed the number of projects in your plan, the extra project(s) will be automatically added to your account. Any overage will be automatically calculated at a separate cost and added to your bill for the next cycle, ensuring uninterrupted access to the additional projects you need.

#### What happens to my unused projects if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription and there are unused projects remaining in your account, you have until the end of your billing cycle to use them with your PRO subscription. An active PRO subscription is required to use these projects. If the subscription expires and you still have remaining unused projects, you can access them at any time by re-subscribing to a magicplan PRO plan.
