You can create your magicplan account in two different ways: in the app or the cloud. The sign-up process is similar for both options.
Sign up in the magicplan app
Once you download magicplan to your mobile device, you will be asked to either sign in or sign up. If you don't have a magicplan account yet, simply choose 'Sign Up'.
Step 1: Set an email address
Enter your email address. You might ask yourself, "Why do we need your email address?" Here are the two main reasons:
- The email address you choose is the unique identification for your magicplan account.
- Whenever you contact our support, they will require an email address to reach out with answers to your problem.
Don't worry, you can change the email address related to your account anytime by accessing your Account Settings within the magicplan Cloud.
Step 2: Choose a password
Enter a password of your choice. Please make sure this is something that is easy to remember and safe and secure. You can always change this at a later date.
Step 3: Select which industry you work in
The next step would be to designate which industry it is that you work in. This helps us better understand the users that we are catering to and to put greater emphasis on these industries in future product updates!
Step 4: Agree to Terms and Conditions and opt in or out for product updates
Lastly, you will need to agree to our magicplan Terms and Conditions and License Agreement. If you so choose, you can also opt in for any product related updates that we send our to our customers about exciting new updates in the magicplan world.
Sign up in the magicplan Cloud
Creating an account in the magicplan cloud works almost the same way as if you would sign up in the application. The only key difference is that you will do this from a web browser instead of within the application itself. The get started, simply tap on "Don't have an account yet?" at the bottom of the login screen and you'll have your account created in no time!
