How Do I Reset My Password?

Reset your magicplan password in the app or cloud.

In the digital age, password security is paramount to protect your personal and sensitive information. If you're a MagicPlan user who has forgotten your password or suspects a security breach, this article will guide you through resetting your password to ensure the safety of your account.

Reset your password in the magicplan app:

1. Open the magicplan app.
2. Tap "My Account" from the bottom navigation bar 
3. Tap on "Log In"
4. Enter your email then tap "Forgot Password"
5. Click "Yes" on the pop-up notification to send a link to reset your password to your email
6. Open the email from magicplan and click the blue "Change Password" link, you will then be redirected to a page where you can set a new password
7. After saving your new password you can now log into the magicplan app

Reset your password in the magicplan Cloud:

1. Open cloud.magicplan.com
2. Click on "Can't remember your password?"
3. Enter your email address and click the blue "Send" button 
4. Open the email from magicplan and click the blue "Change Password" link, you will then be redirected to a page where you can set a new password
5. Once you enter your new password you will automatically log into the magicplan cloud
