How Do I Change My Email?

Change the email address associated with your account in the App or the Cloud.

In the magicplan App:

  1. Tap on the Profile icon on the top right of the app home screen.
  2. Tap "Account".
  3. Select "Change Email".
  4. Enter your new email and then type it in once again in the next field. Then type in your password. 
  5. Select "Update Email"; you will then be logged out of the app. Log back in with your new email.
  6. You will receive an email confirming this change and another with a verification link. Make sure to click this link and confirm your account. 

 

In the magicplan Cloud:

  1. Sign in to the magicplan Cloud with your current email address and password
  2. Click on the profile icon on the bottom left of the screen and open "Your Account".
  3. In the section titled, "Personal data", select "Edit".
  4. In the "Email" field, delete the email that is currently there and type in your new one.
  5. Then enter your current password in the "Password" field. Click "Save".
  6. You will receive an email confirming this change and another with a verification link. Make sure to click this link and confirm your account. 
  7. You will be redirected back to the magicplan Cloud, where you will be asked to login again with your new email.
