Changing your email for your magicplan account is a straightforward process that can be completed within a few minutes. Change my email in the magicplan App:
- Open the magicplan app and tap "My Account" from the bottom navigation bar
- Tap "Account"
- Select "Change Email".
- Enter and confirm your new email. Then type in your password.
- Select "Update Email"; you will then be logged out of the app. Log back in with your new email.
- You will receive an email confirmation of this change and another with a verification link. Make sure to click this link and confirm your account.
Change my email in the magicplan Cloud:
- Sign in to the magicplan Cloud with your current email address and password
- Click on the profile icon on the bottom left of the screen and open "Your Account".
- In the section titled, "Personal data", select "Edit".
- In the "Email" field, delete the email that is currently there and type in your new one.
- Then enter your current password in the "Password" field. Click "Save".
- You will receive an email confirming this change and another with a verification link. Make sure to click this link and confirm your account.
- You will be redirected back to the magicplan Cloud, where you will be asked to login again with your new email.
