Change the email address associated with your account in the App or the Cloud.
In the magicplan App:
- Tap on the Profile icon on the top right.
- Open your contact information by selecting your email address.
- Select 'Change Email'.
- Enter your new email and then type it in once again in the next field. Then type in your password.
- Select 'Done', and then you will be logged out of the app. Log back in with your new email.
- You will receive an email confirming this change and another with a verification link. Make sure to click this link and confirm your account.
In the magicplan Cloud:
- Sign in to the magicplan Cloud with your current email address and password
- Click on the profile icon on the bottom left of the screen and open 'Your Account'.
- In the section titled, "Personal data", select 'Edit'
- In the 'Email' field, delete the email that is currently there and type in your new one.
- Then enter your current password in the 'Password' field. Select 'Save'.
- You will receive an email confirming this change and another with a verification link. Make sure to click this link and confirm your account.
- You will be redirected back to the magicplan Cloud, where you will be asked to login again with your new email.
