How Do I Change My Email?

Change the email address associated with your magicplan account in the App or the Cloud.

Changing your email for your magicplan account is a straightforward process that can be completed within a few minutes. By following the step-by-step guide in this article, you can ensure that your account remains up-to-date and that you continue receiving important information related to your account.  

Change my email in the magicplan App:

  1. Open the magicplan app and tap "My Account" from the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap "Account" 
  3. Select "Change Email".
  4. Enter and confirm your new email. Then type in your password. 
  5. Select "Update Email"; you will then be logged out of the app. Log back in with your new email.
  6. You will receive an email confirmation of this change and another with a verification link. Make sure to click this link and confirm your account. 

Change my email in the magicplan Cloud:

  1. Sign in to the magicplan Cloud with your current email address and password
  2. Click on the profile icon on the bottom left of the screen and open "Your Account".
  3. In the section titled, "Personal data", select "Edit".
  4. In the "Email" field, delete the email that is currently there and type in your new one.
  5. Then enter your current password in the "Password" field. Click "Save".
  6. You will receive an email confirming this change and another with a verification link. Make sure to click this link and confirm your account. 
  7. You will be redirected back to the magicplan Cloud, where you will be asked to login again with your new email.
