      Deprecation of Older magicplan Versions

      As we continue to update the application, deprecations of older versions are inevitable. Read below for the latest information.

      Please make sure to update your magicplan app!

      We are continuously improving the performance of our systems. On December 1st, 2020 we are making changes to our server architecture resulting in the deprecation of older magicplan versions, magicplan CSI, and Stanley Floor Plan.

      If your device is running the below versions or applications, you will encounter issues!

      1. Any iOS Version OLDER than 7.4.
      2. Any Android Version OLDER than 7.1.
      3. magicplan CSI
      4. Stanley Floor App

      To ensure the safety of your projects, please follow the steps below!

      • Ensure all projects have been uploaded to the magicplan Cloud.
      • Download the latest magicplan version from the Google Play Store or App Store.
      • Log in to the new magicplan app and ensure all data is available.

      Following the 1st of December, 2020, if you are running a deprecated version of magicplan, you must update to the latest version before our Support team can assist you with your inquiries!
