Steps to Fill Out Custom Forms in the magicplan App

  1. Tap on your project from the app home screen. 
  2. Open the details menu of the element the Custom Form is assigned to (a project, floor, room, or object). To do this, tap the element, then the "i" icon next to its name. 
  3. Tap the "Forms" tab at the top of the menu and select the Custom Form (e.g., "Water Damage Inspection Checklist").
  4.  Follow the form’s prompts to enter the necessary information. Below are examples of different types of forms you might encounter.

  5. Once the form is completed, it can be exported in the app or cloud with the Report PDF file type.

  • Checklist for Water Damage Inspection:
    • Inspect the ceiling for water stains.
    • Check walls for moisture or mold.
    • Examine flooring for warping or discoloration.
    • Assess the condition of the affected furniture.
  • Questionnaire for Mold Growth Assessment:
    • "Describe the extent of the mold growth observed:"
    • "What is the estimated area affected by mold (in square feet)?"
    • Inspection Form for Fire Damage:
      • Date of inspection:
      • Areas affected by fire:
      • Upload photos of the affected areas
    • SOP for Fire Damage Restoration:
      • "Have you followed the safety protocols outlined in the SOP?"
