Flexible Viewing Options
Magicplan automatically organizes your photos by location within the floor plan, helping you visualize project progress in specific areas:
- Group by Floors: View all photos taken on each floor of your project.
- Group by Date: Create a visual timeline of your project's progress.
- Multi-Select Mode: Use the "Select" button to delete, share, download, or move multiple photos at once.
Adding Photos
Adding photos:
- Project Overview Page: Quickly add images to your Project Overview Page.
- Details Menu: Insert photos directly to the project, floors, rooms, walls, or objects by opening the Details Menu.
- Insert Photo: Choose the "+ Insert" > "Photo" option to easily add photos throughout your floor plan
- Instant Syncing: Photos taken in the field sync automatically across all devices, providing real-time updates to keep your team connected.
Capture and Edit Photos
Capturing Photos:
- Accurate Capturing: Switch lenses, zoom, focus, and adjust the aspect ratio.
- Timestamp Overlay: Adds a timestamp for indisputable documentation.
- Torch Mode: Keeps the light on for capturing in dark spaces.
- Photo Tagging: The camera's location tagging feature automatically tags photos with their locations as you move through the property.
Editing Photos:
- Sharpie tool, arrows, text, and customizable colors.
- Redact sensitive information by pixelating parts of the image.
- Crop, rotate, flip, and fine-tune images for optimal clarity.
- Add captions to provide additional context (e.g., "Broken radiator").
- Save changes with a single tap once editing is complete.
Create & Share Photo Reports
- PDF Report: The PDF report will display your company branding, image descriptions, and interactive photos.
- All photos in the PDF are interactive; clicking a photo loads a larger version in a browser. This feature is particularly useful for 360-degree photos, which are also interactive.
- A QR code is included in the PDF, allowing users to access a digital version of the photo gallery from a printed report.

Web Gallery: Create a shareable web gallery by giving it a title (like "Job Site Images") and selecting the metadata you want to include. Tap "Generate" to create a URL link to easily share with others.
