Recently, we made changes to our Refund Policy to make our Purchasing Terms as simple as possible for our customers. Please see below for an overview of our updated Refund Policy so that you can better understand how it may apply to you.
Important Note: The below Refund Policy only applies to customers who purchased their subscription via our website using a credit card. All subscriptions purchased via Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store must be handled with the respective support teams for those companies - not magicplan. The same applies to legacy subscriptions that were originally purchased via Paypal.

Monthly Subscribers
1. For subscriptions purchased within the past 14 days, you will have the option to a "no questions asked" refund, should you request one. The subscription features will be canceled immediately upon confirmation of the refund.
2. For any subscriptions, regardless of circumstances, 15 days or older, you will be ineligible for a refund. You will be advised to cancel your subscription in the magicplan Cloud so as to avoid any future renewals you do not want.

1. This only applies to newly purchased subscriptions - NOT subscription renewals.
2. The refund is only recognized once you contact our Support Team. Simply canceling the renewal of your subscription in the Cloud does not qualify you for a refund. It is imperative that you reach out to our Support Team within the 14-day window and formally request a refund.
