What's new?

We have recently updated our Refund Policy. Below, you will find a summary of the changes, designed to help you understand how these updates may affect you.

⚠️ Important Note: The below Refund Policy only applies to customers who purchased their subscription via our website using a credit card. All subscriptions purchased via Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store must be handled with the respective support teams for those companies - not magicplan. The same applies to legacy subscriptions that were originally purchased via Paypal.

New Information Regarding Subscriptions

Your magicplan subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel the auto-renewal. If you have issues canceling, please contact Customer Support at support@magicplan.app.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Auto-renewal cancellation can be requested immediately after subscribing to ensure non-renewal at the next cycle.
  • PRO Estimator can be added or canceled separately on a monthly basis without affecting the base price of your PRO FLEX, PRO 12, or PRO 24 plan.

No Refund Policy

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services, partial terms, or mid-cycle cancellations.
