Subscription Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Usage Guidelines for magicplan PRO Plans
Please read our magicplan PRO Payment Terms carefully. By subscribing to magicplan’s PRO FLEX, PRO 12, or PRO 24 plans, you agree to recurring billing, automatic renewals, and responsibility for applicable taxes. Subscription payments are non-refundable, and unused project credits roll over monthly as long as your subscription remains active. If you need additional projects, your plan will automatically upgrade in increments of 15 projects per month, and you can downgrade to the base plan anytime. After cancellation, projects are view-only, and editing/export features require an active subscription. Please keep billing information current to avoid service interruptions. Applicable Terms
The magicplan Terms of Service and Privacy Policies apply to all aspects of your subscription and usage, including but not limited to data ownership, account security, liability, service modifications, governing law, and dispute resolution. By subscribing, you agree to adhere to these terms and policies.
magicplan Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal
Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis (hereinafter referred to as “Subscriptions”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis, referred to as the “billing cycle.” Billing cycles are determined by your subscription plan selection, which may be monthly or annual. Each subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal by contacting Customer Support via support@magicplan.app. You may cancel auto-renewal on your subscription at any time; however, your subscription will continue through the end of the current billing cycle before terminating. Auto-renewal cancellation can be requested immediately after the subscription start date to ensure non-renewal at the next billing cycle.
Authorization for Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Technologies Sensopia Inc., or its third-party payment processors, to charge the credit card provided in accordance with the payment terms specified in your subscription. All payments will be billed in advance and charged automatically on a recurring basis.
Responsibility for Taxes
Unless explicitly stated on the quote, receipt, or invoice, all applicable taxes, duties, or other charges related to your purchase of services are the sole responsibility of the customer. These include any related penalties or interest and are collectively referred to as “Taxes.” Payments for services are due without any reduction for Taxes. If Technologies Sensopia Inc. is required to collect or pay Taxes on your behalf, such charges will be added to your invoice.
Service Suspension for Non-Payment
If payment is not received on time, Technologies Sensopia Inc. reserves the right to suspend access to the services until payment is received in full.
Price Change Notification
Subscription prices may be subject to change at the start of a new billing cycle. Technologies Sensopia Inc. will provide advance notice of any pricing adjustments, allowing customers to decide whether to continue their subscription at the new price. Prices are guaranteed for the full subscription term (12 or 24 months) for PRO 12 and PRO 24 plans; any adjustments will apply only upon renewal.
No Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for unused services, partial terms, or cancellations made during the billing cycle.

magicplan PRO 12 Subscription
1. Subscription Overview
magicplan PRO 12 is a 12-month usage-based subscription, providing 15 projects per month at a monthly cost of USD 450 / CAD 625 / EUR 450. Additional projects can be purchased automatically in increments of 15, each priced at an additional USD 450 / CAD 625 / EUR 450 per month. Usage beyond your tier will result in automatic upgrades as follows:
15 projects per month: USD 450 / CAD 625 / EUR 450.
30 projects per month: USD 900 / CAD 1,250 / EUR 900.
45 projects per month: USD 1,350 / CAD 1,875 / EUR 1,350.
…and so on.
2. Definition of a Project
A “project” refers to every unique project created by any user within the customer’s magicplan workspace. Each unique project can be modified, updated, and exported indefinitely across all available file formats and integrations (e.g., ESX, FML), provided it retains its original project identity within the workspace. Altering key identifying details, such as the address, project ID or claim number, for the purpose of reusing or circumventing subscription limits is strictly prohibited. Each project must represent a distinct and genuine record of work to maintain compliance with subscription terms.
3. Project Allocation
Projects are allocated on a monthly basis and are not provided upfront. If you choose to pay annually upfront, you will receive the entire annual allocation of 180 projects (15 projects x 12 months) at the beginning of the term.
4. Project Roll-Over
Unused projects from the monthly allocation of 15 will roll over to the subsequent month, provided the subscription remains active. Rolled-over projects can only be used while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires or is canceled, unused project credits will be preserved for 12 months from the subscription end date but cannot be used until re-subscribing. Upon re-subscribing within that 12-month period, previously unused credits will roll over to the new active subscription.
5. Automatic Tier Upgrades and Downgrades
If the monthly project limit within the subscription is reached and a new project is created by any user in the workspace, the subscription will automatically adjust to the next tier in increments of 15 projects per month. Any upgrade will remain valid until the end of the entire billing cycle. Customers have the flexibility to downgrade their subscription to the base tier of 15 projects per month at any time during the 12-month period by contacting Customer Support at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
For customers who paid annually upfront and received their full project allocation at the beginning of the term, additional projects will be automatically added in increments of 15 when the project limit is reached and a new project is created by any user in the workspace. These additional project credits will be available for use until the end of the existing subscription term and will be charged at the standard rate applicable to the existing subscription tier. Charges for these increments will be billed immediately upon addition.
6. Price Guarantee
Your monthly subscription price of USD 450 is guaranteed and will not increase during your 12-month subscription term. Any price changes will apply only upon renewal, with prior notification.
7. Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
Your subscription will renew automatically for an additional 12-month term unless canceled with a written notice at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize Technologies Sensopia Inc., or its third-party payment processors, to bill the credit card provided in advance per the payment terms of this subscription.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or other charges related to your purchase of services, unless explicitly listed on the quote, receipt, or invoice. These may include penalties or interest (“Taxes”). If Technologies Sensopia Inc. must collect or pay Taxes on your behalf, the charges will be included on your invoice.
8. Breach Clause
Early termination of this 12-month contract will incur a termination fee, determined as follows:
Within the first 6 months: 50% of the remaining subscription balance.
After 6 months: 25% of the remaining subscription balance.
To initiate an early termination, customers must provide a written request 30 days in advance. Upon approval, the termination fee will be calculated based on the current tier and remaining months, and the subscription will be deactivated at the end of the following billing cycle.
For customers who pay annually upfront, cancellation requests will prevent the subscription from renewing at the end of the current term. The subscription will remain active for the full prepaid period, and all allocated project credits will remain accessible until the term expires. No refunds will be issued for cancellations during the prepaid term.
9. Access to Services
Upon subscription expiration or cancellation, you will retain read-only access to all projects in your workspace but will be unable to edit or export any projects, nor create new projects. Unused project credits will be preserved for 12 months from the subscription end date but cannot be used until you re-subscribe. If you re-subscribe within this 12-month period, previously unused credits will roll over to the new active subscription.
10. Collaboration and Storage
You may invite unlimited users to collaborate within your workspace, and no additional charges will apply for storage.
11. API Consulting Services and SSO
magicplan API consulting services and Single Sign-On (SSO) access are available only to PRO 12 and PRO 24 customers.
12. Availability
The PRO 12 subscription is available by default only to customers permanently residing in the United States, its territories, and Canada. Customers in other countries may access the PRO 12 subscription only by special request, pending explicit approval from Technologies Sensopia Inc.
magicplan PRO 24 Subscription
1. Subscription Overview
magicplan PRO 24 is a 24-month usage-based subscription, providing 15 projects per month at a monthly cost of USD 375 / CAD 525 / EUR 375. Additional projects can be purchased automatically in increments of 15, with each increment adding USD 375 / CAD 525 / EUR 375 per month to the subscription cost. Usage beyond your tier will result in automatic upgrades as follows:
15 projects per month: USD 375 / CAD 525 / EUR 375
30 projects per month: USD 750 / CAD 1,050 / EUR 750
45 projects per month: USD 1,125 / CAD 1,575 / EUR 1,125
…and so forth.

30 projects per month: USD 1,200 / CAD 1,650 / EUR 600
45 projects per month: USD 1,800 / CAD 2,475 / EUR 600
…and so forth.
