There are different ways to cancel your subscription, according to the payment method you chose for the subscription purchase. You can find below the instructions for the cancellation of subscriptions purchased via PayPal, Credit Card, or through the Appstore or Google Play Store.
Please note that the cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle and after that no further charges will occur.
If your subscription was purchased via PayPal:
Please follow these instructions to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Tap on the settings icon
- Open the Payments section
- Select “Manage your Automatic Payments”
- Select magicplan
- Click on Cancel and confirm the cancellation of Automatic Payments from your account
If your subscription was purchased via Credit Card:
Please follow these instructions to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your magicplan account on the Cloud
- Open the Billing section
If you have an old Standard/Business type of subscription, then:
- Click on the three dots next to the Subscription that you want to cancel
- Click on Cancel and confirm
- Once the dot next to your subscription turns from green to orange color, you can understand that the recurring payment is cancelled.
If you have a new Sketch/Report/Estimate type of subscription, then:
- Go to the "Billing" > Manage your subscription section
- Select the option "Cancel your subscription" and confirm your selection.
If your subscription was purchased through the App Store:

If your subscription was purchased through Google Play Store:
