Delete Rooms and Objects

Remove rooms and objects from your floor plan.

To create an accurate floor plan, it’s important that the rooms and objects in your space are exactly how you want them. With magicplan, you can easily delete any room or object that doesn't belong. Follow the steps below to make quick updates.

How to Delete a Room

  1. Open your project and navigate to the floor level you wish to edit.
  2. Tap to select the room you wish to delete. It will be outlined in blue.
  3. Tap "Delete" from the left hand editor menu.  

 

How to Delete an Object

  1. Open your project and navigate to the floor level you wish to edit.
  2. Tap the room containing the object you wish to delete. It will be outlined in blue.
  3. Tap "Delete" from the left hand editor menu.  



ℹ️ Note:

  • To make sure you are deleting the intended room/object, make sure the name of the room/object is displayed on the screen.
  • If you delete something unintentionally, you can always tap the undo button.
