How Do I Cancel My magicplan Subscription?

Learn how to cancel your PRO subscription in the cloud.

Users that have subscribed to a magicplan PRO subscription from the cloud can easily cancel their subscription in the cloud. Please note that the cancellation will end your auto-renewal only, and your subscription will officially expire at the end of your billing cycle or contract. 

ℹ️ Note: We only manage subscriptions purchased through the magicplan Cloud. We cannot manage the billing of subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play Store. 

How to cancel your PRO Flex subscription in the cloud: 

  1. Log into the magicplan cloud
  2. Select "Billing" from the side menu 
  3. From the Billing page, click "Manage Subscription."
  4. The subscription management page will show you your renewal information, billing information and payment method, and also provide you the option to update or cancel subscribed access to magicplan. Click the "Cancel subscription" button.
  5. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Click "Cancel subscription" again to confirm your cancellation.

 

Once you have canceled your auto-renewal, you will retain access to your PRO subscription until the end of your billing cycle. Once the subscription expires, you will be a free user of magicplan, and you will be able to retain two projects to edit. The remainder of your projects will remain in your account as "read only" projects. If you choose to resubscribe to a PRO plan, you will have access to any remaining projects that weren't used during the previous subscription.

How to cancel your PRO 12 or PRO 24 subscription

PRO 12 and PRO 24 subscriptions include contract terms of 12 or 24 months depending on the plan you have purchased. The full payment terms for PRO subscriptions can be reviewed here. PRO 12 and PRO 24 subscriptions can only be canceled within the last month of your contract, using the instructions provided above. Contracts ended before the duration of the term are subject to a breach clause agreement. If you wish to cancel your contract prematurely, please reach out to our team.

ℹ️ Note: Per our terms of service, refunds are not available for subscription payments.
