Learn how to easily update your magicplan subscription.
Managing your billing and subscription information is incredibly convenient with the magicplan Cloud. Our user-friendly interface allows you to effortlessly make changes to your subscription in just a few simple steps. Whether you need to upgrade, downgrade, add seats, or switch your billing cycle, we've got you covered.
ℹ️ Note: You will not see the options below if you have purchased your subscription through the App Store, Google Play Store, or our sales team. Please reach out to our support team for further assistance with your subscription.
How to update your magicplan subscription in the Cloud:
- Log into the magicplan Cloud.
- Click the "Billing" option from the left side menu.
- You will see your active and inactive subscriptions under "Your Subscriptions".
- To the right of the screen, under your subscription, you have the following options:

- "Add Seats": Click this button to add seats to your plan to expand your Workspace or Team members.
- "Change billing cycle": Click this button to switch your subscription from monthly to annual (Note: If you make this change during your billing cycle, you will be prorated the new subscription amount).
- "Cancel your subscription": Click this button to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.
- "Continue subscription": Click this button to reactive your previous subscription.
How to update your magicplan subscription in the App:
- Open the magicplan app and tap "My Account" from the bottom navigation bar.
- From the My Account page tap the "Subscription" option. You will then see your active and inactive subscriptions.
- Tap the active subscription. You will see information directly related to your subscription.
- Tap "Visit the magicplan Cloud" this will
follow the directions above to make changes to your magicplan subscription. - Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page to end your current subscription
