      How to Change or Upgrade Your PRO Subscription

      Learn how to easily update your magicplan PRO subscription.

      Managing your billing and subscription information for PRO plans is incredibly convenient with the magicplan Cloud. Our user-friendly interface allows you to effortlessly make changes to your subscription in just a few simple steps. Whether you need to upgrade your subscription, cancel, or add projects, we've got you covered.

      ℹ️ Note: You will not see the options below if you have purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store. You can learn more about that here. If you've purchased your subscription through our sales team, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.

      How to update your magicplan subscription in the Cloud: 

      1. Log into the magicplan Cloud.
      2. Click the "Billing" option from the left side menu.
      3. You will see your active subscriptions under "Your Subscriptions." 
      4. In the upper right corner of the screen you will have the following options: 
        1. "Manage Subscription": Click this button to upgrade or downgrade your PRO subscription. From here, you have the following options:
          1. "Update subscription": 
            1. You can upgrade your existing plan to choose a longer contract period and receive a lower rate. Any changes will be charged in the next billing cycle.
            2. PRO 12 and PRO 24 subscriptions include a contract period. If you would like to switch to a shorter contract or Flex subscription, that change will take effect after the current contract period has passed. Please reach out to our support team with any questions.
          2. "Cancel subscription": Click this button to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription. Your subscription will expire at the end of the contract period.
        1. "Adjust Projects": Click this button to increase the number of monthly projects you purchase with your subscription (minimum of 10). You will be charged for the number of projects you add in the next billing cycle.
