      How to Change or Upgrade Your Subscription

      Learn how to easily update your magicplan subscription.

      Managing your billing and subscription information is incredibly convenient with the magicplan Cloud. Our user-friendly interface allows you to effortlessly make changes to your subscription in just a few simple steps. Whether you need to upgrade, downgrade, add seats, or switch your billing cycle, we've got you covered.

      ℹ️ Note: You will not see the options below if you have purchased your subscription through the App Store, Google Play Store, or our sales team. Please reach out to our support team for further assistance with your subscription.

      How to update your magicplan subscription in the Cloud: 

      1. Log into the magicplan Cloud.
      2. Click the "Billing" option from the left side menu.
      3. You will see your active subscriptions under "Your Subscriptions." 
      4. To the right of the screen, next to your subscription plan, you have the following options: 
        1. "Manage Subscription": Click this button to upgrade or downgrade your Sketch, Report, or Estimate subscription. From here, you have the following options:
          1. "Update Plan": You can upgrade, downgrade, or change the billing cycle from annual to monthly. (If you make this change during your billing cycle, you will be prorated the new subscription amount.)
          2. "Cancel Plan": Click this button to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.
        1. "Add Seats": Click this button to add seats to your plan to expand your Workspace or Team members. You will be automatically charged for the number of seats you add. 
        2. "Continue subscription": Click this button to reactivate your previous subscription. This button will only be viewable if your subscription is expired. 

      How to update your magicplan subscription in the App: 

      1. Open the magicplan app and tap "My Account" from the bottom navigation bar.
      2. From the My Account page tap the "Subscription" option. You will then see your active and inactive subscriptions.
      3. Tap the active subscription. You will see information directly related to your subscription. 
        1. Tap "Visit the magicplan Cloud" and follow the directions above to make changes to your magicplan subscription. 
        2. Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page to end your current subscription.
