How to Create and Share a Diagnostic File
You can generate a diagnostic file directly from the magicplan app to share important details with our support team—making it faster and easier to troubleshoot your problem.
Follow these steps to create and send a diagnostic file directly from the app:
- Open the magicplan app on your device.
- Tap on “My Account” from the main menu.
- Scroll down and select “Create & Share Diagnostics.”
- Important: Tap this button only once. It may take a few minutes for the file to generate and download, so please be patient.
- Once the diagnostic ZIP file is generated, your device will prompt you to share it.
- Email the file to: support@magicplan.app
- Make sure you include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the issue in your email to help our support team understand what you're experiencing.
