How to Create and Share a Diagnostic File

You can generate a diagnostic file directly from the magicplan app to share important details with our support team—making it faster and easier to troubleshoot your problem.

Follow these steps to create and send a diagnostic file directly from the app:

  1. Open the magicplan app on your device.
  2. Tap on “My Account” from the main menu.
  3. Scroll down and select “Create & Share Diagnostics.”
    1. Important: Tap this button only once. It may take a few minutes for the file to generate and download, so please be patient.
  4. Once the diagnostic ZIP file is generated, your device will prompt you to share it.
  5. Email the file to: support@magicplan.app
    1. Make sure you include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the issue in your email to help our support team understand what you're experiencing.
