Once you have created a magicplan account, an email is sent to you automatically. Click on the confirmation button in order to complete your sign up process.
In case you have not received this email, just follow the steps below:
- Open the magicplan app.
- Tap on the profile icon on the top right.
- Tap on the button to resend the confirmation email.
You may not have received the confirmation email for several reasons:
- You made a mistake when typing in your email address.
- The email was blocked by your firewall: check your junk folder or on your web mail server.
- The confirmation email has been blocked by your mail provider: you need to contact them in order to authorize emails.
If these steps don't solve the problem, please contact us right away.
